Dear participant at the DSF Summer Camp.
It is great to have you onboard!
We are a total of 27 participants:
- 3 from Uni. Of Copenhagen
- 4 from the Technical Uni. (DTU)
- 5 from Uni. Of Aalborg
- 4 from the Uni. of Southern Denmark
- 4 from CBS
- 2 from the Uni. of Aarhus
- 5 from DSF (incl. 1 staff)
Names of participants are included in the email You`ve received, so you can browse for people you might know.
Some pertinent information for you:
TIME:
August 10: departure 13.35 from Copenhagen Airport (Norwegian)
August 13: arrival 11.25 at Copenhagen Airport (Norwegian)
Meeting time in airport: 11.30 on August 10.
LUGGAGE:
Your ticket includes 2 checked-in bags and 1 under-seat bag (30x20x38), but NO carry-on suitcase.
TRANSPORT TO COPENHAGEN:
DSF will reimburse travel cost only by train (student ticket only) / bus. Or by plane if coming from Aalborg and only if approx. same cost as student ticket on train.
Receipts to mikala@dsfnet.dk, marked ‘Summer Camp’, include name and bank info.
PROGRAM:
We are finalizing the program in cooperation with the Slovenian student organization, SOS.
We will have a field trip to the small village/lake called Bled. Some sightseeing in Ljubljana. And various workshops related to student issues. All in cooperation with Slovenian students.
Detailed program to follow in August.
MONEY:
DSF covers main meals only as mentioned in program. So be prepared to pay for snacks, beer/drinks and other necessities yourself.
Transport as arranged in program and hostel is all covered.
INSURANCE:
Bring your blue health insurance certificate. DSF does not cover travel insurance, insurance of luggage, etc.
HOSTEL:
We are staying at a hostel near the city center: https://hostel.ddt.si/
WHAT TO PACK:
Hostel takes care of anything you need there.
Swimming outfit for trip to Bled.
Ljubljana is supposed to be hot.
No need for computer.
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
